Gymnastics Class Descriptions |
Mommy & Me - (45 mins)
Parent participation to acclimate child to gym. When child is secure to be with
coach along with other peers, without parent, child is advanced to Kindergym.

KinderGym - (45 mins)
Teaching basic beginning skills on all apparatus. Focus is on building strength,
flexibility and coordination. |
SuperStars - (1 hr)
Teaching basic gymnastics young gymnasts who show a
lot of potential in KinderGym. Ages are from 2 years to 5 years. |
Academy I - (1 hr)
Teaching basic gymnastic skills focusing on building self-esteem. |
Academy II - (1 1/2 hrs)
Focus on more difficult skills with more strength work. . |
Academy III - (2 hrs)
Focus on higher level skills and more strength and flexibility. |
Accelerated I, II, & III - (1 1/2 hrs)
By invitation only. This is a pre-competitive program for the up and coming
younger gymnast. |
Pre-Team - (2 1/2 hrs)
Focus on strengths and skills needed for competitive Team. |
Competitive Team - (12-15 hrs)
Levels 4,5,6,7 & 8. Gymnasts work on skills, strength and routines needed for competitions around Northern and Southern California. |
Boys Jr. Elite - (1 hr)
Beginning skills taught to the 4-6 year old boy. |
Boys Academy I - (1 hr)
Focusing on strength and flexibility for boys 6 and over. |
Boys Team - (1 1/2 hrs)
Focus on higher level skills and more strength and flexibility. |
Open Gym - (1 1/2 hrs)
Beginner through Advanced.

Exersize with your baby or toddler. |
